2. Sr. Business Analyst:

Overall Accountability: 

To analyze the life sciences industry sector regularly and track trends.

To track and update industry benchmarks on business performance and business health parameters.

To execute research projects on industry issues.

To write reports and publish updates as planned.

With min of 1-2 years as Business Analyst with a research/ financial analysis firm

3. Trainer:

Overall accountability:

Handling group dynamics & Ability to deliver training to different levels at MR's/ FLM's levels.

Pharma experience, Sales Training in pharma- Pharma person with good Diagnostics ability to understand clients’ needs.

At least 2 years experience in training with 8 to 10 years as a Regional Sales Manager in a process oriented Pharma Company.

4. Assistant Editor:

Overall accountability:

Writing articles, editing, layouts, PR, design, co-coordinating with authors.

Min 2 years of experience in a pharma/ healthcare/ pharma trade journals/ medical publishing house/ 1-2 years experience as junior editor in trade journals.

5. Training Associate:

Overall accountability:

Developing training Content development material for participants and faculty for pre, during and post training activity.

Co-ordination of training programmes satisfactorily & post- training effectiveness measurement.

Min 0- 6 months of experience in a similar profile.

6. Research Associate:

Overall accountability:

To assist consulting team in execution of consulting projects. Min of 0-6 months work experience.

7. Customer relationship officer:

Overall accountability:

Responsible to build and manage the customer database i.e. client list for the whole organization.

Good communication and customer handling skills.

Min of 2-3 years experience in a similar profile.
