High Impact Training Model

Interlinks sœHigh Impact Trainings Programme is usually a set of 4 modules of 3 days each, conducted at a gap of 2 months. However, this can vary depending on your requirements. At the end of each training module, care is taken to evolve an action plan to translate learning into results.During the intervening period between two modules, participants implement learnings and action plans derived from the earlier training module. Quality and effect of the implemented action plans are assessed in the subsequent modules.The second module begins with participants sharing progresses made on the previous modules action plans and clarify issues faced during implementation if any. The second module then proceeds with fresh training inputs as per the schedule. This methodology is adopted in subsequent modules also.
