“Prescription – Face to Face Encounters” is a bold and innovative training package specially developed to equip the Medical Representatives with the necessary skills and concepts to meet these challenges.
This programme represents a radical departure from the conventional class-room type of training. It is based on the principles of Video – Aided – Training, which is fast emerging as a powerful training methodology the world over.
Five pre-recorded Video Modules form the basic core of the Prescription package. These Video Modules provide the main source of different concepts and skills presented in this programme.
A number of quizzes and exercises have been developed in this package, which help the participants to apply the skills and concepts learned from the Video, in the context of their own products.
It is not essential that the participant should have previous field selling experience. The contents of The Prescription have been so designed as to equally benefit fresh persons as well as those who have an extensive exposure to field selling before. Experienced persons would be able to evaluate their current selling style, fine-tune and up-date their selling approaches and acquire more effective ways to influence medical profession. Fresh participants would be able to prepare themselves in advance to make each call more productive.
Also the first line managers, apart from the sharpening of their own selling skills, were lead to an awareness of the concepts and philosophy of the selling process, which immensely helped them in enhancing the productivity of their subordinates.
